Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-10 yrs)
- With the majority of the top life insurance companies in the agency vertical, there are urgent openings for the position of territory head.
Roles and obligations :
- Recruit Business Associate And Advisors
- Train & motivate advisors and agents
- Manage team of advisor and agents
- Provide sales support to team mates
- Achieve Monthly Objectives And Targets
- Team Handling
- Manage a group of 10- 12 frontline staff members and assist them in achieving their monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Align team members with the company's business and people goals.
- Work together on the field to assist the designated team and advisors.
- Support a team of advisors and front-line managers for a long and prosperous career, assemble and train a group of unit, development, and agency managers (Front line employees)
- Regularly hold team meetings for learning and development.
- Begin lead generation efforts to assist the designated team in achieving quality and profitable growth by engaging in need-based selling.
- Find fresh opportunities for generating income and increase market share.
- the hiring of establishing a financial consulting distribution network with high performance (FCs)
- These certified financial consultants need to be trained, inspired, and driven to sell insurance.
- FCs meeting potential clients to sell insurance solutions.
