- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker)
- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell products solutions
- Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Graduation in Any Stream
- Age should be between 21 to 38 Years
- Minimum 1 to 3 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry
- Excellent in Communications and Interpersonal Skills
- Problem Solving Attitudes
- Strong Negotiation and Persuasion skills
