Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by leading a team of insurance advisors, acquiring new clients, and closing deals for life insurance products.
- Lead and manage a team of insurance advisors.
- Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Acquire new clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and offer customized life insurance solutions.
- Present proposals, negotiate favorable terms, and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes.
Essential Criteria:
- 1+ years of successful sales experience in the sales and marketing sector.
- Age CTQ 22 to 37 years.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is compulsory.
