Manager - Sales - Life Agency - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of life insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the agency's market share.
- Training & Development: Train and support agents, improving their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Customer Relationship: Ensure agents build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of agents, providing feedback and guidance to meet targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to increase sales and agency growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or team management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
