Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven success in sales, with strong leadership abilities and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth. This role is suited for a candidate who excels in a high-energy environment, with expertise in managing key accounts, leading teams, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
2. Manage and mentor a team of sales, providing guidance on best practices, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
3. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
5. Lead the development and management of a robust sales pipeline, including forecasting, tracking, and closing deals.
6. Work closely with marketing team to align sales efforts with company goals and improve product offerings.
7. Plan and execute on-site visits and client meetings to establish rapport and trust.
8. Plan and execute on-site visits to bring in new clients to the organization.
9. Actively engage in client outreach and face-to-face interactions to understand client needs and promote the firm's services.
10. Analyze sales data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making and strategy optimization.
11. Lead negotiations with senior decision-makers and close high-value contracts while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a strong record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals. Experience in leading or managing a sales team is required.
2. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
3. Ability to handle complex negotiations and close deals effectively.
4. Deep knowledge of the legal industry and the ability to understand client legal needs.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
