Who you are:

- As a Sales Manager specializing in workplace design and build services, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base.

- A dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our workplace design and build services division.

- Your mission will be to achieve aggressive sales targets, foster strong client relationships, and strategically position our services in the market. If you have a tech-savvy mindset, the right aptitude, and 7 to 10 years of corporate selling experience in like or similar industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: We're looking for someone to execute

Sales Growth: Drive revenue by setting ambitious targets and ensuring consistent performance.

Strategy Execution: Execute the plan as per the management directives which includes and not limited to expanding our customer base, enhance our market presence, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Client Relationships: Cultivate & nurture enduring relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about emerging markets, product developments, and competitor activities.

Reporting: Will be reporting to Director - Sales & Marketing, present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports to senior management from your territory.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field.

- Proven track record as a successful sales representative or sales manager,consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

- Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.

- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.

Sales Manager in the workplace design and build services industry, the following key skills are essential:

Sales Acumen : A deep understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and closing deals. You should be able to identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into sales.

Networking Skills : Must be of an affable disposition & able to mingle efficiently.


Passionate : Passion for exceeding targets and a customer-centric mindset.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace design and build services, including trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape. Stay updated on industry developments.

Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM software, and other technology platforms is crucial. Adaptability to new tools and software is a plus.

Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Listen actively, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.

Lead Generation: Should be able to generate leads through various channels such as Networking, events, industry peers etc.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll be interacting with clients, colleagues, and senior management regularly.

Analytical Skills: Interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Time Management: Juggling multiple tasks, meetings, and deadlines requires effective time management. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
