Manager - Sales LAP Products (3-7 yrs)
JD for the position of SALES MANAGER - MSME.
Job Role: SALES MANAGER - MSME.
Reporting to - Designation and Grad : ZONAL SALES MANAGER - MSME
Main Tasks :
- Plan daily /monthly sales activities for Sales Officers.
- Daily monitoring of sales progress- lead generation, customer meetings, closures.
- Achieve monthly sales volumes for MSME and cross sell products.
- Hire, train and maintain a Quality Sales Team
- Collection responsibility for Soft Buckets.
Areas of Responsibility :
- Monthly/Annual Sales Volumes/Portfolio as per budget plan.
- Responsible for metrics IRR, ATS, Insurance conversion
- Responsible for cross sell targets.
Skill Sets :
Unsecured Micro /small ticket /Biz loan Sales background. LAP Sales experience ( not mandatory) Local market knowledge about sectors / competitors- products, Team building& leading experience.
