Manager - Sales - Laminates/Plywood (7-12 yrs)

Should be into retail sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Overall responsibility of topline for Primary, Secondary & Tertiary sales in the region
- Managing distribution network for multiple states through the team of BMs/ASMs/TEs/SSTE/Associates
- Formulating, Planning and Executing sell-out activities and other marketing programs
- Driving the right product mix and assortment leading to overall margin gains
- Driving a performance driven culture in the team
- Hiring, developing & retaining the team through structured processes, regular feedbacks and leading by example
- Driving key account management for distributors/ key dealers / key contractors
- Strengthening Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Management
- Ensuring 100% implementation of sales process initiatives and incentive earnings of team
Skills Required:
- Professional experience in Sales leadership roles in high quality work environments
- Relevant experience in Consumer facing Organizations - Adhesive / Plywood / Laminate / Paint / Hardware
- Stakeholder management, ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Navigate through ambiguous situations and lead teams in challenging environments
- Ability to build a connect with contractors, influencers to get deep insights
- Passionate about sales and ability to drive things in line with the business agenda of exponential growth
- Self-driven, with high levels of energy and empathy to lead a strong team
