Manager - Sales - Labour Recruitment (4-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new construction projects requiring blue-collar workers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet company revenue targets and grow the business.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and project pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the construction or manpower supply industry.
