The Job
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, ensuring a strong market position and sustainable revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management : Foster and maintain key client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Forecasting : Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to create accurate sales forecasts, facilitating effective resource allocation and business planning.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Performance Analysis : Implement and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Recruitment and Training : Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
