Functional Job Description :
- Hands on experience of sales in Kitchen industry
- Drive sales & retail operations in assigned market territory
- Responsible for identifying new market, dealer opportunities to explore the possibilities of expanding the channel by appointing maximum dealers in consultation with immediate superior.
- Meet sales targets and ensure follow up on business leads and referrals.
- Contributes to team success by delivering assigned team targets.
- Monitoring Distributors & retailers performance and responsible for achievement of Primary & Secondary targets.
- Responsible for timely payment clearance from Distributors & Dealers against daily supplied order.
- Resolving Distributors & retailers grievances with proper communication and personal interaction.
- Build up cemented relationship with Distributors & Retailers.
- Handling customer grievances.
- Check out product stock availability.
- Plan & execute promotional activities for enhancing business opportunities.
