Job Summary:
Wizzowl is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As part of India's fastest-growing bootstrapped D2C jewellery brand, you'll lead sales strategies, build key relationships, and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and nurture relationships with potential customers, partners, and influencers.
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to improve sales performance.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Track, report, and improve sales metrics using CRM tools.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and post-sales engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in D2C, retail, or luxury brands.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Passion for jewellery and fashion is a plus.
