US Sales Manager
- Clearly and effectively communicates Company's Solutions to prospects
- Strong experience in International Business Development, Account Management, Enterprise Sales and Client Relationship Management in eCommerce, Retail and Service verticals.
- Specialties include: Account Management & International business development, Global client servicing and relationship management, Project management.
- Lead new business development for US geography for retail services
- Identify & analyze business opportunities, conceptualize & execute sales strategies thereby augmenting turnover and achieving targets
- End to end sales cycle management from lead generation, building the pipeline, presentation & pitching solutions, proposal development, submissions, negotiation and managing contractual formalities
- Build and develop relationships with key influencers; budget holders (C level, EVP/SVP level) and user buyers (extended team) within an organization
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Manage a Team of Inside Sales Representative
- Train/coach the Reps on an ongoing basis
- Ensure that the daily metrics (dials/talk time/emails) are achieved by the team
- Knowledge of ecommerce solutions will be an added advantage.
