Manager - Sales - IT Staffing (5-8 yrs)
Knowledge :
1. Requires expert knowledge of sales in information technology space.
2. Requires knowledge of IT consulting and IT staffing industry.
3. Demonstrates understanding of core business functions.
4. Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Continuously assess customer needs, technology trends and major competitors.
2. Manage sales teams and generate revenue as per the targets from these sales teams.
3. Manage relationships with clients.
4. Formulate a highly productive sales team.
5. Motivate team members to perform and achieve their respective targets.
6. Creating weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
Skills & Abilities :
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proactive, self motivated, and inquisitive with a desire to learn and grow in the role.
3. High level of energy and enthusiasm including strong interpersonal skills, initiative and self-motivation.
4. Highly organized and ability to multi-task.
5. Comfortable with outbound calling to prospects and proactively engaging new prospects via networking and researching.
6. Firm understanding of qualifying buyer interest, identifying target contacts, and maintaining control of a conversation.
Education & Experience :
1. Requires Bachelor's degree in technical discipline ( computer science or engineering )
2. 5+ years work experience in sales management.
