Job Title: IT Software Sales Manager - Software Services - Mumbai

We are seeking a talented and driven IT Sales Manager. As an IT sales manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT services, and solutions to businesses and organizations. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibility :

- Sales and Business Development :

- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory or market segment.

- Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions to meet their requirements.

- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Account Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Collaborate with technical teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

Proposal and Contract Management :

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotes.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.

- Ensure accurate and timely order processing and contract management.

Market and Competitive Analysis :

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs.

- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer requirements and market insights.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.

- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.

- Collaborate with sales management to analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for - improvement.

Key Skills :

- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Mandatory : IT Service sales experience is mandatory

Target Industry : IT Software Services

Experience : 6 to 8 years

Job Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Work Mode : Hybrid

Working Days : 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday's off)

Qualification : Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
