Sales Manager Oracle Products and Services
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager with expertise in Oracle product and service sales, coupled with strong domain experience in the telecom industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- New Business Acquisition : Drive sales by acquiring new customers and building long-term client relationships.
- Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms of sale and close commercial contracts effectively.
- Sales Presentations : Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and aligned with company standards.
- Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, conduct competition analysis, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and act as a bridge between operational departments and clients.
- Goal Achievement : Meet and exceed both individual and team business goals.
- Sales Reporting : Prepare and present sales reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Education: BE in IT or BTech, MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 7-9 years of experience in Oracle product and services sales.
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS/Cloud Sales, Oracle OSS-BSS Sales, or Oracle Utility Sales.
- Strong telecom industry knowledge and experience in the India market.
Skills :
- Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle tech stacks and the latest industry technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of goal achievement and positive attitude.
- Ability to conduct high-impact business meetings and deliver persuasive presentations.
