Manager - Sales - IT Infra Products (2-4 yrs)
Job brief
1.The Account Manager will be managing set of Key Accounts in Verticals like Banking & Insurance, MFG, HC Govt. or Large Enterprise etc.
2.Operating as a single point of contact for any matters specific to your customers.
3.Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the customers.
4.Negotiate business contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
5.Accounts manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional (Pre-sales, Practice, delivery etc) internal teams and OEM- s/partner's to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.
Responsibilities
1.Minimum 15-20Cr business revenue Target from set of Customers engagement.
2.Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
3.Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customers.
4.Develop new business from the clients to exceed sales quotas.
5.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. Monthly/quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
6.Prepare reports on account and opportunity status.
7.Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with pre-sales/Delivery and Project Management teams to ensure growth attainment.
8.Engage with anchor OEM- s/partner's on regular basis and mapped the key stakeholders.
Requirements
1.Minimum 4-5 Years of experience as an Account Manager/ Key Account Manager in sales from IT Industry and managed Key Accounts in BFSI, MFG, HC & Large enterprises etc, preferably from ITS/SI business.
2.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
3.Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel.)
4.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
5.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
6.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
7.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
8.Very good understanding of IT Infra (Server, Storage, Networking & Security).
9.Experience of engaging with business and IT functions in customer organizations.
10.A deep functional understanding of at least one industry and / or a major technology area.
11.Understanding of opportunity management lifecycle, IT development lifecycle and various methodologies.
12.Interfacing with multiple internal teams to cover each facet of the solution beyond just the technical component.
13.A strong financial acumen would be preferred.
14.Preferably from Engineering and MBA Background.
15.Must have vertical domain understanding from Govt. BFSI, MFG, HC & Large Enterprise etc.
