We are looking for Sales Manager- Hardware Sales
Exp :4+ Yrs
Exp in networking product sales.
- Knowledge in L2/L3 Routers & switches, TDM, TDM/IP, modems, LAN extenders, Convertors, Access Last mile, GPON, Optical products.
- Knowledge of products and market conditions.
- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Accountable for managing the Sales
- Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing stiff targets.
- Forecasting and planning the sales targets with respect to various portfolios.
- Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product
- Understanding the client requirements. Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients & ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients.
- To close deals for the leads generated either by self-initiated calls or internal leads given.
- Present proposals on potential client's needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Motivation for Sales
- Good communication & Analytical Skills
