Manager - Sales - IT Hardware (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Sales and Business Development, evaluating market for new business opportunities.
- Experience into Direct Corporate Sales
- Key Accounts Management.
- Handling of corporate tie-ups.
- Maintaining relationship with existing clients.
- Implement defined marketing strategies to achieve targeted sales.
- Generating new business and selling of Infrastructure solutions/products/IT Hardware.
- Handling corporate customers including their sales cycle, which includes Requirement Generation> Proposal Submission>Closure>Till Payment Collection.
- Collecting competitor's information on supplementary distribution business.
- Retention, Enhancement and deepening relationships with the clients.
- To implement defined marketing strategies to achieve targeted sales and to ensure increased market share.
- To develop and maintain close rapport with Clients/Customers.
- Should work cooperatively in a team and proactive environment.
- Maintaining KYC and infra of the customers.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- An ideal candidate should be PASSIONATE about Enterprise sales/IT Hardware Sales as a profession.
- Should have a natural flair for conversations & enjoy talking to customers about client's solutions.
- Making outbound sales calls is an integral part of this role, so the person should love the idea of connecting with multiple customers/accounts in a day/week.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of RELEVANT experience in IT-Sales/Direct-Sales/Enterprise Sales/Endpoints Selling/IT Infrastructure/IT Security/Cloud Offerings/Solution Selling/Account management/Business development.
- Should have good oratory/Public speaking & excellent presentation skills.
- Should have proven track record of selling directly to customers end to end or finding opportunities that resulted in revenue.
- Result orientated, motivated by success and achievement and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to persuade, develop business, marketing and sales plans.
- Ability to communicate with executive level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner.
- Negotiates fiercely and protects and nurtures relationships.
- Creative and open to new ideas and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have experience into Direct Corporate Sales.
