Role and Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the internal management of sales and marketing communication efforts.
- Manage all aspects of inside sales including ongoing customer communications, order fulfillment, lead generation, sales logistics and applicable sales process development.
- Oversee all marketing communication programs.
- The continuity of sales experience to enable new sales organizations cultivate long-term partnerships,
- Customer experience driven with retention through advanced customer life cycle management
- Responsible for Innovation & Analytics of existing data to enhance performance
- Willing to work on ROI model and target driven, willing to go the extra mile and set new benchmarks
- Responsible for customer success and revenue generation for the client and Organization
Key skills & knowledge :
- Min Experience of 9-10 Years in Inside Sales & Marketing
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Min Typing speed of 35 WPM with an accuracy of 90%
- Voice Versant- 6 NV- Versant- 90%
- Graduate
- Should have sound knowledge on Sales processes & should possess Inside Sales capabilities in similar industry or competition.
- Well versed with the Technology & industry
- Flexible with shift timing between 9AM -9PM EST
- Educational Qualification : Graduate
