- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Must have good awareness of IT Software Services market and trends.
- Exp. in - IT Software Services sales for mid to large size organizations is MUST. Our target companies would be typically US based companies, Software Product Companies working on high tech/ high end applications/e Commerce using traditional technologies such as Java/Microsoft / Account Management/QA/UIX.
- Must have a good understanding of software development methodologies.
- Should be a HNI- high network individual.
- MBA marketing with BE. Background would be most preferred.
- Experience level should be between 8-14 years
- Must be self-motivated professional with a go getter attitude.
- Job location would be Pune.
- Someone with Domestic sales experience is mandatory.
- Must be ready to work for stretched hours, if required depending on the region / geography being pitched.
- Should be ready for travel, depending on client's need.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business opportunities through leads. Ensure conversion of qualified leads into customers.
- Responsible for executing campaigns and strategies for acquiring new business.
- Must be active member of various professional social networking sites as part of building network and doing promotional activities to generate leads.
- Responsible to prepare business proposals, collateral, presentations, brochures, case studies, agreements and quotes to build a value proposition for the client.
- Validate proposals and solutions deliverables with due diligence.
- Follow up of potential customers and maintaining data in order to track it well to develop contacts and generate business.
- Carrying out research to read and analyze IT trends and new market developments, to identifying potential opportunities for future business.
- Thorough understanding of the bid management process and proposal lifecycle.
- Some prior experience in handling and managing RFI/RFP responses, asking relevant questions to contribute to preparing the solution, would be preferred.
