Manager - Sales - IT (8-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Research and identify potential clients and their needs and pain points
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and new business acquisition
- Develop a strong understanding of BaffleSol services, products, and solutions
- Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process
- Marshal and lead the appropriate technical resources to demonstrate BaffleSol advantages to the customer
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through various communication channels
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Must have :
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the enterprise software sales with at least 4 years of experience
- Proven results in a quota-oriented sales environment and an
understanding of technology and technological innovations
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers and executives are required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to establish trust and credibility with potential clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Should be open to travel for client sales and support meetings
- Professionalism, personal integrity, a high internal commitment to achieve success, the ability to build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a
a long period, strong oral and written communication skills
Other skills :
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions and other ERP systems such as
SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of the ERP market and competitive landscape
- Experience in the technology consulting industry
- Effective at presenting to executive management, i.e. C-Level
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales-related field
- Having an MBA degree is a big plus
