Manager - Sales - IT (7-10 yrs)

Job Description :
Sales :
- Responsible for strategic planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, targeted toward existing and new markets
- Strategize and plan the sales & marketing process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new project development and branding;
- Plan and administer the company's marketing budget and keep cost in control; Conduct effective and accurate market research, competitors analysis and apply this information to increase market share;
2. Channel Partner Management
- Create relationships with booked clients to generate incremental business through referrals
- Consistently build on the Channel Partner's network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them
- Conduct regular meetings with CPs with the purpose of both engagement and empanelment to drive more business.
- Develop corporate relationships through sales calls and direct meetings
3. Prospecting, Closing & Servicing
- Prospect clients for site visits through calling, email and offs-site meetings
- Maintain business relationships with existing customers / Channel Partners / HNIs to Source potential leads.
- Create customized proposals for specific client needs
- Close deals to achieve monthly targets.
