Manager - Sales - IT (6-10 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and expand relationships with enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and work closely with customers to address any issues.
- Provide guidance on licensing options and optimize licensing solutions for customers.
- Oversee sales and distribution channels to maximize product reach and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's channel partner network.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance sales and distribution capabilities.
- Work closely with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster collaboration and mutual success.
- Address partner concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive partner experience.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in enterprise customer sales and license compliance within the IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in sales and distribution management, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in channel sales development and channel relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Must have results-driven and customer-focused approach to sales.
- In-depth knowledge of IT Services, with a specialization in the Virtualization Domain, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate and highlight the business value of these services
