Manager - Sales - IT (6-10 yrs)
- Closely work with the CEO, COO, Sales Strategy head & Business Heads on developing the business growth/GTM strategy (short term & long term)
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of the business and perform market research and competitor analysis to assist in making business/strategic decisions
- Drive or oversee specific revenue growth strategic initiatives from origination, development and through successful execution, as per the CEO/COO/Sales Strategy Head's agenda
- Own or contribute to initiatives / activities for new business growth, including product business and new logo acquisition, conferences/ events to participate in, tools evaluation, etc.
- Manage and execute or contribute to other ad hoc corporate projects/ tasks, as assigned by the CEO/ COO/ Sales Strategy Head
- Support in preparation of annual budget, board meetings, and other strategic meetings
- Support in integration activities for any new acquisitions
- Assist the CEO/COO in preparation of client meeting decks, townhall presentations and any other client/internal communication plans
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to track project / business deliverables and action items from the meetings and drive to closure
