Manager - Sales - IT (5-8 yrs)
- Responsible for prospecting (cold calling, lead generation), qualifying, selling, and closing software deals
- Form strategic account plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, application descriptions and forecast reports
- Assume full responsibility of quota attainment as agreed to and communicated by the management through sales plans and effective strategy implementation
- Responsible for creation, monitoring and review of business development activities
- Establish successful & productive relationships with prospective clients & educate them about the various product offerings
- Understand social media tools & implement social media programs
- Possess strong writing & editing skills, demonstrate excellent judgement & ability to solve problems
- Use automation tools to track progress & report goals
- Build relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts
Requirements
- BA/BS in Communications/Marketing/Public Relations/Integrated Marketing
- 5-8 years of sales experience
- Extensive experience in working with India, North America, APAC & Middle East markets
- Strong inter-personal skills. Must be able to negotiate & problem-solve
- Proficient in MS Office/CRM
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Demonstrate business acumen & a deep understanding of business sales processes
- Strong attention to detail, creative & strategic thinker
- Knowledge of current marketing & advertising trends
