Manager - Sales - IT (5-8 yrs)

Role Overview : The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within the manufacturing vertical by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a good understanding of the manufacturing industry, strong technical knowledge, and a proven track record in IT sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a sales strategy to target key accounts in the manufacturing sector, focusing on IT solutions that meet industry- specific needs.
- Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the manufacturing vertical. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT managers, and other decision-makers within manufacturing organizations.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and position our IT solutions to address those needs. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and provide clients with insights that can enhance their operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met. Provide feedback on product enhancements based on customer input.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
Education Qualification: MBA (sales/Marketing) / BTech
