Manager - Sales - IT (5-7 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing sales-IT initiatives along with Sales Team.
Manager IT will report to Head IT - India and SAARC
YOUR ROLE SUMMARY :
- Manage the Sales-IT support w.r.t G-1 DMS and central console thru internal IT team and external IT vendors.
- Manage the design, development, enhancement of Sales MIS system and business analytics.
- Manage the integration and maintenance of process chains between DMS central console & Sales MIS Systems
- Manage the application maintenance of Central Console & business analytics servers
- Manage regional Sales-IT support team.
- Manage application maintenance support thru external vendors and ensure SLA's are met.
Secondary Responsibilities :
- Support deployment of the sales force automation solutions, including handheld terminals.
- Support for new enhancements and requirements on G-1 DMS and central console.
Skills required :
The candidate should have experience in supporting Sales-IT applications in FMCG industry. The candidate should be strong communicator, both written and verbal, who is capable of understanding the audience and amend his/her style of communication appropriately.
Requirement :
- 5-7 years- experience in managing Sales-IT systems
- Exposure to Analytics, Data management and Business Intelligence (Qlikview 10/11- advantageous)
- Familiarity with SQL queries, particularly with SQL server
- Strong ability to analyze user requirements
- Manage deliveries and support thru IT vendors
- Post-graduation with 10-12 years of experience in IT, with atleast 4-5 years in managerial role.
- Experience in managing / leading Sales-IT projects.
- Should be some who brings to the table thought leadership and understanding of S&D, and has great execution capability.
