- Business Development along with team management

- Relevant experience in Non-Apple / Windows Sales particularly in Hardware -Microsoft and Samsung products

- Minimum 5 years to upto 10 years in relevant field

- Immediate to 15 days notice period

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise-level clients.

- Understand client needs and align our services to exceed their expectations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and serve as their advocate within the organization.

2. Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities within the enterprise sector and develop strategies to capture them.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales and marketing plans.

- Lead negotiations, contract development, and closure of enterprise-level deals.

3. Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise business team.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

4. Market Analysis and Strategy:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Use market insights to develop and adjust the enterprise business strategy accordingly.

5. Financial Management:

- Develop and manage budgets related to enterprise business operations.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as needed.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

- Analyze key performance metrics and take data-driven actions to improve results.
