Manager - Sales - IT (5-10 yrs)
- Responsible for develop new business opportunities and business models.
- Develops forecasts, budgets and operating plans for channels partners.
- Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts and/or markets.
- Build a Sales pipeline.
- Liaison effectively with the in-house, marketing, operations and peers in other countries.
- Report on the sales results timely and weekly and proactive advice on the forecast of sales.
- To prepare the commercial proposal for the solution and also lead the negotiations with the customer.
- Generate Enquiries, Customer Visits, work closely with Solution team.
- Help optimize the sales process.
- Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
- Owning the Region and account - Account Management.
- To keep up with the latest technology trends and keep up with competitors' products to provide feedback to add new features to the existing products.
- To train and develop fresh talent in the organization.
