Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Actively seek out new Sales Opportunities for our various IT Products and Services.
- Collaborate with principals on business development
- Generate new sales through Social media, LinkedIn sales Navigator.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
- Set up meetings with potential clients on calls and video calls.
- Negotiate/close deals.
- Write new business proposals, RFP and RFQs
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers.
- Develop and manage efficient networks for Business Development.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets set by management.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Collaborate with highly experienced team members to achieve better results.
- Acquire and maintain the latest necessary technology knowledge to convert leads.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web
Development, Mobile App Development.
Requirements
- Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for 5-10 year(s) of Software products
such as SAP B1, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics (OR a standard ERP software).
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, IT or similar relevant fields
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Networking aptitude
- Demonstrated winning 10-15 Deals and Target accomplishments
- Basic understanding of Finance as you may have to demo with CFOs to Accountants
