Manager - Sales - IT (4-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
a. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
b. Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.
c. Take a solutions and consultative sell approach to ensure clients- needs are accurately met.
d. Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.
e. Develop and implement sales strategies.
f. Manage complete lifecycle of sales right from cold calling, appointment setting, requirement gathering, creating proposals, and pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
g. Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets targets as set by management.
h. Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.
