Manager - Sales - IT (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- IT Product Sales, Revenue Generation & Target Achievements.
- Building a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in freight transportation.
- Should be able to strategically plan, organize and negotiation skills with customers.
- Handling requests of customers reaching us through a website, inbound calls or through sales efforts and ensuring seamless coordination with back office to address and resolve their queries within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with existing customers and generate new leads.
- Maintain client wise database with all the key contact person, decision-makers and key operational staff.
- Prepare Market intelligence reports including updated volumes, potential customers, carriers & competition, providing good quality inputs as and when requested.
- Increase the customer base of the company aligned with the sales targets.
- Produces reports and analysis based on the sales data.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Any other Task assigned.
