Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at New Delhi.

Experience: 3-10 Years of Business Development experience in Govt focusing on software development , IT Services, and Resource Management Services

Location- New Delhi

Notice Period:Immediate

Qualification:MBA/BTech/B.E

Skills:

- Proven experience in government sales (Mandatory skill)

- Proven experience in software sales (Mandatory skill)

- Proven experience in IT sales (Mandatory skill)

- Excellent sales skills with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong understanding of the government procurement process and regulatory environment

- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive initiatives and achieve goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for government sector market penetration and revenue growth

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the government sector

- Manage and grow relationships with key government clients and stakeholders

- Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements

- Track and report sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management

- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales strategies with market needs

- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and services as well as competitors' offerings

Note: Must have Sales experience particularly within the government sector (including NIC/NICSIexposure and Tender management)
