Manager - Sales - IT (3-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurture customer relationships into high-value engagements.
- Spearhead sales of technology services around RPA, AI & ML
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans.
- Act and work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well as suggesting innovative solutions to their needs.
- Manage, mentor, and drive the team and their revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with the objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements.
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the CRM System.
Must have :
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in selling technology offerings to technology buyers such as CXOs, VP's etc.
- Should have a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos in the target geographies.
- Should be a passionate hunter motivated to close big-ticket deals by managing a complex sales process that requires mapping all stakeholders.
- Should be willing to travel to the target geographies for deal closures.
- Should keep himself/herself abreast of the latest technology and business trends in organizational focus areas
