- Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential clients while managing relationships to ensure repeat business.

- Business Development : Close new deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating them with business operations.

- Market Analysis : Monitor competitors and industry changes to adapt our strategies effectively.

- Team Leadership : Guide a team of BDMs and BDEs in both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
