Manager - Sales - IT (3-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate company services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in cloud technologies, app modernization, or related areas.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and IT services.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
