Manager - Sales - IT (3-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales objectives

- Generate leads and manage the sales cycle on the Upwork platform

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales process

- Prepare and present sales reports to management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role

- Strong experience with Upwork platform


- Experience in lead generation and sales cycle management

- Excellent leadership and management skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends

- Bachelor's degree in B.tech (CS/IT/EC)/ MCA + MBA

Note:- Salesforce and Upwork experience is mandatory.
