Manager - Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Working closely with the top management to align priorities.
- Working closely with the Production/Delivery team to understand company's offerings and updates
- Secondary Market Research, Analysis, Segmentation & Positioning as per market situation and company's business direction
- Compiling / Updating database of target customers
- Compiling and updating competitive intelligence (Battle cards)
- End-to-end direct sales: Prospecting (meetings, calls, mails, networking), Proposal/Quote submission, Negotiation and Sales closure
- Working in conjunction with Industry bodies/Re-sellers/Partners to mobilize demand
- Participation in Events / Trade shows, as and when required
- Providing Bookings/Revenue forecast to top Management on weekly basis
- Meeting individual target for Bookings/Revenue every Quarter
- Manage the newly acquired accounts for a certain specified period (6 months to 1 years)
