Manager - Sales - IT (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary
To achieve our ambitious goal, we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who is proactive in nature and works in a pre-sales and sales role, and generates leads on his/her own using different methods (B2B portals, emails, cold calls) from the enterprise customer segment.
Opportunity:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new sales and the growth of IQnext in the enterprise segment. The person in this role will pioneer some of IQnext's biggest deals by landing new logos and formalizing enterprise-wide relationships with companies. You will gain knowledge and experience of the new age industry of SaaS and cloud
Responsibilities
1. Identify potential customer targets from enterprise/corporate segments.
2. Researching key contacts of Architects, MEP Consultants, PMC for Commercial Real Estate projects
3. Generating leads, and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure)
4. Apply consultative sales skills (by using case studies, use cases, etc.) to build relationships with stakeholders and close deals.
5. Creating client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals
6. Providing accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM
7. A track record of closing deals on monthly or quarterly targets
We're looking for someone who (you should have):
1. Has proven experience of 3-5 years in IoT/ SaaS industry selling products, solutions to various stakeholders such in buildings/real-estate community
2. Has experience of working directly with Facility managers, consultant, architects, design & build, HVAC consultant, lighting consultant, PMC and Specify our products, solutions, getting necessary approvals.
3. Willing to work in a 20-80 environment of office and field environment
4. Has knowledge of the technical specifications, procurement process, decision making criteria, processes used in the industry etc.
5. Team player, with excellent oral & written communication, presentation skills and must be able to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.
6. Well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

3. Education in BBA/BCA/Engineering degree, or equivalent
