Sales Manager


This is an opportunity with one of our clients that is an aggressively growing startup that provides technology to extract insights from natural language text created by consumers and users.

Customers : Samsung, Flipkart, Mars and talking to a few marquee brands and in the final stages of closing the partnership. The goal is to expand Enixta to US and EU markets.

- M. B.A from IIM or ISB or post-graduate from a similar premier management institute


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Be Customer Obsessed.

- Deliver Results: Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, and references.

- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.

- Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of other team members (Architect, management)

- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the use of Enixta enterprise product solutions.

- Accelerate customer adoption of Enixta enterprise product solutions.

- Manage and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline of opportunities.

- Work with partners/resellers to extend reach & drive adoption.

- Close new business and add on business from new and existing accounts, develop referrals and references accounts by building long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

- Expect moderate travel.

- Extrovert, willing to pick up the phone and do cold calling.

- Network on LinkedIn, fix meetings online and offline and visit clients and help in closing sales. Explain the product, write proposals, pricing, etc..

- Manage existing client accounts through regular calls keeping the relationship healthy

- Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers

- Invoicing, collections follow-ups

- PR, writing articles and talks/seminar participation and networking

Basic Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of technology related sales or business development experience.

- 2+ years of direct field experience in working with Large Enterprise accounts.

- 2+ years direct field experience within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success driving adoption of new and disruptive technologies within Enterprise Accounts.

- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals.

- Experience in positioning and selling the technology in new customers and new market segments.

- Translate customer business and technology priorities into technology solutions.

- BA/BS degree preferred.

- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS with an MBA in sales or marketing from a tier 1 Institute is a plus.
