Manager - Sales - IT (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
- Servicing the needs of the existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Possibly dealing with major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers / directors
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Developing & maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat / referral business
- Managing business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for achieving targets with a view to optimize revenue
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
Key Skills :
- Good communication skills, Excellent presentation skills
- Education - Diploma/ Graduate, MBA, Engineer would be an added advantage
Experience - 2- 4 years
