Manager - Sales - IT (10-15 yrs)
Sales Manager ( Individual Contributor ) :
To enable the organization meet revenue growth targets through customer acquisition and new business generation while ensuring that the company remains competitive and innovative in product and service offerings.
Academics Qualifications :
Graduate or master's degree in Sales & Marketing
Must have Requirements :
- 10+ years of working in Information Technology Industry
- 5+ years of International Enterprise Sales Experience ( Middle East )
- Demonstrated experience in achieving $2+Million USD service business in a year
- Experience in defining Sales strategy ( forecasting, sales resource planning, budgeting ) to achieve business objectives
- Knowledge of Business Applications, CRM Applications, Office Productivity tool ( MS Office )
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Awareness of all the latest in technology
- Cross functional collaboration with Presales, Bid Management, Technical Teams, and offshore teams
- Willing to travel on short notice both domestic and international
- Effectively and efficiently interact with customers and identify the needs of consumers
- Awareness of contract management and knowledge of Legal and statutory business obligations
- Experience in Sales of Software Applications, Managed Services
Responsibilities :
- Engage in marketing activities of the organisation
- Pipeline Generation
- Achieve sales targets
- Manage responses to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature
- Participation in Sales events, trade fairs and other similar promotional events
- Draft and submit sales reports, supporting documents and sales MIS to assess the progress on achieving sales target
