Manager - Sales - IT (1-3 yrs)
We have requirements of Sales Manager in Bengalore (Madiwala Lake).
- Organizing events/ presentations in corporates and showcasing all organizations residential portfolio.
- Generating leads and selling through Corporate Sales.
- Interaction with Service team heads, along with individual brokers in the IPCs apart from local brokers for selling the residential spaces.
- Interacting with the marketing team and setting guidelines to timely market these products.
- Client Interaction, Negotiations, Legal Documentation, Lead Generation, Account Management.
- Working closely with the marketing team for different forms of marketing collaterals.
- Responsible for meeting Sale target for the organization.
