The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
- Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and time-frames, and assigning tasks.
- Gathering, analysing, defining and formalising business requirements and processes into project / system specifications.
- Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
- Managing vendor relationships and deliverables.
- Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.
- Managing the team's performance of project tasks and providing technical advice and guidance.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and streamline processes for the retail bank.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve service levels.
- Providing operational support for the smooth implementation of new products and services.
- Working closely with risk and the internal audit teams to ensure that the necessary controls are in place.
- Ensuring operations are in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the daily operations for loans servicing by ensuring all requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with internal service standards.
- Reviewing credit documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete as per the internal policy and guidelines.
- Monitoring of credit limits and exposures.
- Ensuring collateral valuation, monitoring and reconciliation with original documents.
- Managing a team of 6-10 people.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 3 years experience within a Branch Operations ideally within the Investment Banking and the Financial Services Industry industry.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
-You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
