Manager - Sales - Internet/Online (3-6 yrs)
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
-Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being- fully aware of new products and competition status
- Bring in New business aggressively for Temporary, contingent, permanent, Contract to Hire etc
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Build and Maintain Relationship with New Clients For Repetitive Business
- Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Achieve agreed revenue goals/profitability targets/share and personal development goals
- Client Management, delivery management
- Direct or indirect Team management to ensure adherence to client commitments
- Identification of internal needs and hiring team as and when requirement
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders- using key account metrics
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
