Job Description
- Looking for Software Services (Product Engineering, Application Development & Support, Integration services, Testing etc.) Sales Manager who will responsible for New Clients Acquisition, and Account Management of existing accounts
- Should have past experience in selling above mentioned services around key technologies like Java, Net, PHP, AWS, Azure, Machine learning, IoT, RPA etc.
- He will primarily work with Engineering / Solution Architects / Business Development teams and position Company's Service portfolio to build opportunity pipeline
- Should be conversant with Agile project development methodology
- Responsible to advance Services leads through the entire sales cycle from generating customer interest to closure.
- Be able to understand customers needs, challenges and map these to company offerings.
- Be responsible to work on his own proposals with the help of a backend business development team. Will be responsible to validate the proposal before sharing it with the customer.
- Accurately forecast revenue on a quarterly basis
- Ability to effectively work as an individual contributor role in a complex selling environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the software services industry with at least 6+ years in a direct selling role
- Good communication (verbal and written)
- Successful background of selling in a highly competitive environment.
- Engineering or Management Degree
- Willing to travel to the USA on regular intervals for business development & sales (should have relevant VISA)
- Should have worked within the USA in a sales role in the past
- Ready to relocate to USA post 1 year of service
