Manager - Sales - Interior Project (2-10 yrs)
Identify and develop prospective clients with focused and effective presentation.
- Organize and manage sales from introduction to closing.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the product, respective marketplace, industry Regulations, competitive offerings, and other areas of client concern.
- Generate referrals and leverage business relationship through effective service
- To meet & maintain relation with Builder, architect & Developers for long term relation
- Giving Product demonstration to the potential customer
- To Handle Walk-in customer and close the deal
- Developing & Improving Sales at different Regions
- Handling of customer Enquiries
- Organizing meetings with prospective clients
- Implementation of marketing strategies
- Analyzing top National & international vendors for Business expansion in other cities as well Generating Leads in different cities
- Creating a plan for promoting company via marketing strategies
- Cold calling
Candidate Should have :
- Convincing skills
- Great communication skills and ability to convert clients quickly.
- Good Personality
- Should be from the furniture / interior Design/real Estate industry.
- Preferred Degrees (MBA in sales/marketing) and Interior Designing
- Capable for generating leads through various sources.
- He/ She has to tie up with Architects, builders
