Manager - Sales - Interior & Furniture (4-5 yrs)
The Sales Manager at the Experience Centre is responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. S/he is accountable for delivering the Experience Centre's sales and profitability to meet/exceed budget targets.
Key Responsibilities for Sales Manager -
- Achieving sales and revenue targets- you will lead the team's efforts to achieve sales targets.
- Own the sales funnel & drive sales closure, on projects month on month.
- Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
- Define, develop and implement short and long-term strategic sales plans in line with regional strategy. Monitor market trends, sales and product performance, conduct regular reviews against plans and take corrective action as required.
- Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship Management to maintain target NPS for the Order Booking part of the Sales Funnel.
- Review all customer communication and presentations developed by the Design team prior to each customer meeting - online or digital.
- Ensure complete and accurate recording of the Customer Demand Mapping.
- Utilize discounts, offers and other promotional items to maximize sales.
- Actively lead on-site promotions for target societies.
- Ensure Presets for target societies are uploaded to the Website.
- Maximize utilization of Presets and other tools for maximum efficiency per the particular budget of the customer.
- Ensure alignment to all Ethics, Risk & Compliance policies and manage key processes.
Experience Required for Sales Manager -
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the Interior Design Industry/B2C Business Development and Growth.
- Minimum 1 year of experience of leading a team.
- Proven track record of steering business to profitability.
- Escalation handling and management.
