Manager - Sales - Interior Designing/Home Decor (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Sales Manager should proactively connect with potential sound Clients and understand the requirement.
- Candidates with Minimum 3-5 Years- Experience in Handling home interior Showrooms.
- Candidates should be from Modular Kitchens / Interiors / Furniture Segments
- Should have knowledge of kitchens and wardrobes, and industry as a whole, to ensure full knowledge is provided to client.
- Achieve sales targets by developing new business with existing and new potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Attend client meetings at store and onsite as required to understand their requirements.
- Presenting our Brand and Pitching to Real estate companies, Builders, and Architects
- Should be able to handle the Showroom Operation from Opening to Closing.
- Should be able to handle after Sales Issues.
- Ability to interact with and influence multiple sales channels
- Ability to manage and track lead generation
- Should be able to achieve the set sales target
- Responsible for receiving customer, walk through and collecting requirements as per process.
- Responsible for customer follow-up and initiation of work
- Complete Collection and contract signing
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Create weekly/monthly forecasts on target management and end of month reports on market
- Will require to travel within Chennai and outstation if requires
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 Years - Experience in Handling home interior Showrooms.
- Excellence in presentation, spoken and written skills.
- Candidate must have extensive experience business development and client management.
- He should have marketing/sales experience of Luxury modular kitchen and wardrobe business.
